Grid Glitch

This Privacy Policy explains how iDream Concepts Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in the mobile game Grid Glitch (the “App”). We built the App to respect your privacy by design: it runs entirely on your device and collects no personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no servers of ours that your data is sent to.

Who we are (data controller)

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and similar laws, this makes us the data controller — but because the App does not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to process, store, or share:

Information we collect

None. The App does not ask for, collect, or transmit any personal information.

Your game progress — high scores and statistics, in-game currency balances, and which cosmetic themes you own and have equipped — is saved locally on your device using your device's own storage. It stays on your device and is never uploaded to us or anyone else.

What we do not collect

• No name, email address, phone number, postal address, or account login.
• No advertising identifier — the App requests no advertising ID and shows no ads.
• No analytics, usage tracking, or crash reporting sent to us.
• No location of any kind.
• No access to your contacts, photos, files, microphone, or camera.

Sharing from the game

If you tap a “Share” button, the App hands a short message (such as your score) to your device's own share sheet, and you choose whether and where to send it. We are not involved in that and we receive nothing from it.

How the data is protected

Because your data lives only on your device, it is protected by your device's own operating-system safeguards — the App's storage is isolated to the App and is not readable by other apps. There is no network transmission of your game data by us and nothing stored on our servers.

Deleting your data

Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in full control of it. To remove it, clear the App's data in your device settings, or uninstall the App. There is nothing stored on our side to delete.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the California CCPA/CPRA — including the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it.

Because we do not collect or hold any personal information about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve, change, or delete on our side. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under California law. Children’s privacy

Grid Glitch is intended for a general audience. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

Future changes (e.g. cloud save, ads, or in-app purchases)

We may add features later that change this — for example:

• Optional cloud backup of your progress through Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Game Center (iOS), which are run by Google / Apple.
• Advertising or in-app purchases.

If we add any of these, we will update this policy before the feature goes live, describe exactly what is involved, and show any consent choices the law requires (for example, a Google-certified consent form for users in the EEA/UK). We will also update our Google Play Data Safety and Apple privacy disclosures to match. When we do update this policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
